2. Strict Prohibition on Recording & Distribution

By accessing any course, membership, event, or session, you agree to the following restrictions:

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Record or screen-record any session, event, live call, or instruction

  • Copy, reproduce, screenshot, duplicate, or archive any content

  • Share, forward, or distribute any materials to non-members

  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any product, course, or membership

  • Publish, upload, or post any material to external platforms

  • Use the content for commercial purposes, training, or teaching others

Any unauthorized use constitutes immediate breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Confidentiality Agreement

All course content, mentorship discussions, strategies, and internal communications are confidential and intended solely for the enrolled member.

4. Penalties for Breach of Terms

  • Wealth University may pursue civil litigation for damages

  • You may be liable for up to $1,000,000 USD in penalties and damages for breach of confidentiality, intellectual property violations, and contractual misconduct

  • Wealth University reserves the right to terminate your membership and revoke access with no refund

This penalty amount represents the Company’s estimate of damages, loss of intellectual property value, reputational harm, and disruption caused by unauthorized disclosure.

5. Termination of Access

Wealth University reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate access to all content

  • Remove you from programs, communities, or events

  • Disable your account without refund
    if you violate any part of this agreement.

6. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable state, federal, and international intellectual property and privacy laws.
You further agree that any legal action will be handled in the jurisdiction designated by Wealth University.

7. Acceptance of Terms
